Ghost-Trax processes recordings that you supply. It is not a song catalog.
Your recording and rights
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, download, and use your recording, lyrics, logo, and artwork. Buying a credit does not grant music, lyric, performance, or distribution rights.
Credits and outputs
One track uses one credit. A single credit costs $1.99. Packs cost $17.91 for 10 credits, $33.83 for 20, and $79.60 for 50. Prices are in USD. Purchases are one-time payments. Editing that track’s timing and appearance and rendering its CDG or MP4 do not use another credit.
Separation and transcription are automated and can contain errors. Preview your track and correct the words and timing before using it. A failed initial processing job returns its credit.
Storage and downloads
Your email must be verified before you can download. Files are retained for 7 days, or 24 hours after the first ZIP download, whichever comes first. Download and back up files you want to keep.

Contact hello@ghost-trax.com with your track number or receipt for processing, payment, or refund questions. Your applicable statutory rights remain in effect.
